How to register on the Collaborate Portal to get Technical Support
Users need to have a Microsoft Account and be registered on this portal to log in.
- If you don't have a Microsoft Account yet, please create one here: https://signup.live.com
- If you want to be registered on the Collaborate Portal and your company has an active PlayReady license, please email from your Corporate email address to askDRM@microsoft.com and include your Microsoft Account in the email.
After the Microsoft Team has added you to the Collaborate User Group, you'll be able to log in using your Microsoft Account.

Connect Users migration to Collaborate
All users registered on the Connect Portal will be automatically migrated to the Collaborate Portal on December 20, 2017.
They will be able to log in Collaborate using the same Microsoft Account (email and password) on both sites.
During the migration, they will receive on their Microsoft Account inbox an email like this:
