The Ezekia MCP lets you use everyday language to perform actions within Ezekia using AI connector. You will be able to search, fetch, create, and update records using natural language.

Ezekia MCP Connector

The Ezekia MCP Connector allows you to integrate your Ezekia executive search and recruiting data directly into Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

This connector provides a bridge to the Ezekia platform, enabling you to search for candidates and companies, retrieve detailed profiles, and manage your search projects and tasks seamlessly using natural language or automated workflows.

Prerequisites

To use this connector, you need:

  • An active Ezekia account.
  • A Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio environment.

Supported Operations

The connector supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to provide flexible, agentic capabilities. Key features include:

Search & Discovery

  • Global Search: comprehensive search across People and Companies within your Ezekia database.
  • Fetch Details: Retrieve deep profiles for specific Candidates or Companies using their unique IDs (e.g., person_123).

Core Management

  • People: Manage candidate profiles and details.
  • Companies: Access and update client and company records.
  • Projects: Oversee executive search assignments and projects.
  • Tasks: Track and manage recruiting tasks and to-dos.
  • Notes: Add and retrieve notes associated with records.

Getting Started

Authentication

This connector uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication.

  1. When you add the connector or start a conversation in Copilot, you will be prompted to sign in.
  2. A pop-up window will direct you to the Ezekia login page.
  3. Enter your Ezekia credentials to authorize the connection.
  4. Once authorized, the connector will securely access your data on your behalf.
