このハンズオン ラボでは、Contoso Coffee で作業します。 Contoso は Dynamics 365 を使用します。 最近、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)の画面の問題に多くのお客様が手を差し伸べていました。 ナレッジ記事を作成する必要があります。

[前提条件]

開始する前に、次の情報を入手することが重要です。

ラボの目標

このラボを終了すると、次の操作が行われます。

  • ナレッジ記事を作成して公開する
  • 主要領域 (作業指示書、取引先企業、リソース) に移動します。
  • レコードをピン留めして、すばやくアクセスできます。
  • 作業指示書を作成して管理します。
  • レコードのタイムラインにアクティビティを追加します。

タスク: LCD 画面のナレッジ記事を作成する

  1. Customer/Copilot Service Workspace アプリケーションを起動します。

  2. ホーム セッションの作業中に、[新しいタブでサイトマップアイテムを開く] ボタンを選択します。 表示されるメニューから、[ ナレッジ記事] を選択します。

  3. コマンド バーで、[ + 新規 ] ボタンを選択します。

  4. 次の情報を入力してください。

    • タイトル: LCD 画面が動作しない
    • キーワード: LCD, 空白, エアポット, トラブルシューティング
    • 説明: お客様がコンピューターの LCD 画面に問題がある場合のトラブルシューティング手順。

  5. 以下のテキストを強調表示してコピーし、コンテンツ テキスト エディターに貼り付けます。

お客様がデバイスの LCD 画面に問題がある場合は、手順に従ってトラブルシューティングを支援します。

LCD Screen Troubleshooting Steps

Check Power Supply

1. Make sure the machine is plugged in securely.
2. Test the outlet with another device to confirm it works.

Restart the Machine

1. Turn off the coffee machine.
2. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.

Inspect the Screen

1. Look for cracks, moisture, or discoloration.
2. If the screen is dim or flickering, it could be a backlight issue.

Check for Loose Connections

1. If you're comfortable opening the machine, inspect the internal cables to the LCD.
2. Re-seat loose connectors carefully.

Review Error Codes

1. If the screen shows partial info or codes, check the user manual for meanings.
2. Some machines have reset sequences you can try.

Perform a Factory Reset

1. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to reset the machine.
2. This can resolve software glitches affecting the display.

Update Firmware (if applicable)

1. Some smart coffee machines allow firmware updates via app or USB.
2. Check the brand support site for instructions.

  1. 異なる見出しを太字にして、目立つようにします。

  2. コマンド バーで、[保存] ボタンを選択して記事を保存します。

  3. コマンド バーで記事を開き、[発行] を選択します。

  4. [発行] 設定を次のように定義します。

    • 発行: 今すぐ
    • 発行済みの状態: 発行済み
    • 有効期限: 空白のままにする

  5. もう一度公開を選択します。
