SfcObjectInitializationException Constructor (String, Exception)

Initializes a new instance of the SfcObjectInitializationException class with the specified key name and a reference to the inner exception that is the cause of this exception. Do not reference this member directly in your code. It supports the SQL Server infrastructure.
