SfcInvalidArgumentException Constructor (String, Exception)

Initializes a new instance of the SfcInvalidArgumentException class with the specified error message and a reference to the inner exception that is the cause of this exception. Do not reference this member directly in your code. It supports the SQL Server infrastructure.
