IThumbnailStreamCache::SetThumbnailStream method (thumbnailstreamcache.h)

Sets the thumbnail stream. This method is for internal use only and can only be called by the photos application.

Syntax

HRESULT SetThumbnailStream(
  [in] LPCWSTR   path,
  [in] ULONGLONG cacheId,
  [in] SIZE      thumbnailSize,
  [in] IStream   *thumbnailStream
);

Parameters

[in] path

The path to the thumbnail.

[in] cacheId

The identifier of the thumbnail.

[in] thumbnailSize

The size of the thumbnail.

[in] thumbnailStream

The pointer to the thumbnail stream.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
