Comentários

Use essa propriedade para acessar programaticamente os atributos do controle do servidor HTML. Todos os controles de servidor HTML armazenam seus atributos na Control.ViewState propriedade.

Os atributos HTML são tratados pelo .NET Framework como propriedades no controle de servidor HTML ao qual pertencem.
